Enrico is from an Italian family that was influenced by northern and southern style of cooking.
His first job was working in a delicatessen at age 10. He worked at Whole Foods where he learned about healthy and sustainable options of food.
Enico graduated from California Culinary Academy in 2000, then he immediately started working for a high-end caterer, where he learned how to cater small and large parties. The biggest event Enrico ever had the opportunity to cater with them was a 5,000 person plated dinner.
From there Enrico ventured on his own and started a catering company in 2014 and has been catering ever since. One of his biggest accomplishments for his company was catering a 12 course traditional Chinese dinner for a wedding of 100 people.
